Closing and regulating flaps

Shut-off and control valves are intended for very clean environments of processing plants, demanding industrial applications, sewage environments, chemical industry, treatment and distribution of drinking water, waste water and sewage, transport of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, loose materials, gases, dyes, corrosive, toxic and sticky media, chlorine or cellulose processing.

The dampers can withstand high temperatures up to 200°C with clearance up to DN 2000. The body is supplied in an intermediate flange design with through or threaded holes and a double flange design. Butterfly/disc material corresponds to brass, aluminum bronze, stainless steel, ductile iron and titanium. The sealing sleeve that isolates the damper shaft from the medium in the pipeline is available in NBR, EPDM, NBR Carboxyle, VITON, silicone, Epichlorhydin, HYPALON and NBR 70-AG materials. Closing and regulating flaps can be controlled mechanically by hand, pneumatic drive and electric servo drive.
