Trainee program

The trainee program is intended for 4th or 5th year university students in the technical field who: Are interested in gaining experience and building their career in the engineering industry. Are able to take responsibility and are resistant to stress. They have analytical and communication skills and are willing to teach. In the first phase of the program, you will gain basic knowledge about the functioning of various departments in our company. You will get to know the work in departments such as Development and Research, Planning, Business, Quality Management and Production. In the second phase of the Trainee program, you will work and gain further experience in the department you have chosen. Under the guidance of a mentor, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of assigned tasks and you will participate in the solution of specific projects. After successfully completing the program, you will be given the opportunity to become part of our workforce as a full member of our team
