Supervision during the first start-up of servo drives in operation
The Regada company offers you the help of experts who will be at your disposal in case of problems during the first start-up. At your request, they can also check the correctness of the alignment and required functions of the servo drives even before reviving the operation.
Connection and testing of servo drives
We offer you the connection of servo drives and subsequent testing of their operation. If you use Regada, your warranty will be extended by 1 year.
Connections and start-up of Rematic servo drives - instruction
We provide instructions for deploying Rematic servo drives directly at your place. Our supervised installation will extend the warranty by 1 year and allow you to participate in courses and seminars for different types of servo drives.
Attaching the servo drives to the fittings and starting them
The Regada company will provide you with assistance in installing new servo drives on fittings. We'll handle deployment, setup and first launch. This service also includes an extension of the warranty by 1 year. When ordering servo drives to replace old ones, we will provide you with a consultation for the correct mechanical and electrical connection and the selection of a suitable servo drive.
Post-warranty repairs at the customer
If your servo drives have been in operation for a long time and some of their functions have failed or some parts have worn out, the Regada company will repair it directly in operation or replace it with a new one upon request, based on the preliminary detection of the malfunction. If the repair would require a major intervention that cannot be carried out in operation, we will take it to our factory for repair.
Spare parts
If you have skilled workers designated for the maintenance and repair of servo drives or if they are trained for this activity at the Regada company, then we will help you with the delivery of spare parts. We will send these to you either directly from the warehouse or we will produce them for you in the shortest possible time, depending on the difficulty of production.
Post-warranty repair offer in Regad
If your actuators are out of service and you think they could continue to function after repair, remove them from the armature and send them to us for repair. We will review them and prepare a price offer for the repair. If the repair after evaluating its condition will exceed 50% of the cost of a new drive, we will recommend you to buy a new one. After the repair, you get a half-year (year) warranty on the replaced parts.
Offer maintenance of servo drives and periodic inspections
If you do not have your own maintenance or are not familiar with servo drives and want everything to work properly, you can order periodic inspections. We guarantee that your operation will always be functional.
