Part-turn

Single-turn servo drives transmit torque to the armature up to a maximum of one turn, they do not have the ability to transmit power loads, they are used to control armatures such as: ball valves, dampers, needle valves, air dampers, etc. Single-turn servo actuators with stand and lever transmit torque to the armature by means of a connecting rod, pull rods and levers located on the armature and actuator, they are used to control air dampers, blinds or ball valves and dampers, on which the actuator cannot be located directly. Single-turn servo drives for high torques consist of multi-turn servo drives and a worm gearbox that multiplies the output torque of the servo drive, according to EN 15714-2, such combinations are considered as single-turn servo drives, SO 2, MO 3 and MO 3.4 servo drives are used for connection with gearboxes , MO 3-Ex, MO 3.4-Ex, UP 2-Ex as well as their Rematic versions, gearboxes can be designed for open-close operation with a minimum service life of 2500 - 5000 cycles or for regulatory operation with a service life of 5 million cycles.
