We’re not just building actuators. We’re shaping the next generation of technicians

This month, REGADA once again opened its doors to young talents. Students from Ľudmila Podjavorinská Secondary Technical School in Prešov successfully completed the practical part of their graduation exams – right here in our facilities. Thanks to the dual education system, they were able to test their skills in real-life production conditions, not just in the classroom.

These future mechatronics specialists spent several months working on real tasks in our workshop. They gained hands-on experience with NC machines, practiced precision work on manual lathes, learned to understand technical components, and actively participated in assembling electromechanical parts of our electric actuators. From day one, they weren’t just observing – they were doing. And it wasn’t only about tools. The students experienced the rhythm of an industrial environment, learned to communicate within a team, follow precise procedures, and take responsibility for their assigned tasks. All of this under the guidance of our experienced mentors, who shared not only their time but also their know-how.

At REGADA, we’ve been supporting dual education for years. We believe that a strong technical education system doesn’t happen on paper, but through close collaboration between companies and schools. For us, it’s not just a duty – it’s a natural part of our long-term vision: growing future colleagues, experts, and innovators.

Investing in education means investing in the future.
We value every student with the will to learn and grow. Some of them may return in a few years – not as students, but as our new teammates. And that’s the greatest reward we could ask for.

Huge thanks to all the students for their effort, curiosity, and commitment. And to our mentors and team members for sharing their time and experience.
To the graduates – we wish you the best of luck not only in your exams but on every step of your career journey.
